Safety is important to us: we continuously invest in occupational safety, both for our employees and for our customers. To this end, our processes, systems and facilities are constantly being optimised.
And what if something does go wrong, professionally or privately? We can proudly say that we don't skimp on insurance benefits in the event of an accident or illness.
We consider daily sickness benefits insurance to be a must-have and take it out at 100%, which eliminates salary deductions for employees.
Our insurance for occupational and non-occupational accidents includes supplementary accident insurance, which is fully covered by enespa - and will hopefully contribute to an even faster recovery.
We can describe our pension fund solution as generous with a clear conscience. For example, in the event of death, not only spouses are entitled to a pension. Life partners are also entitled if they fulfil certain criteria.
Daily flexibility
We not only demand flexibility from our employees, we also make it possible. For us, flexible working means flexitime and, by arrangement, working from home, which encourages initiative and personal responsibility.

As our sites are located in Switzerland and Germany, we also organise our social events in places that make sense for the entire workforce - and are fun! It is important to us to bring the people at our sites together and to promote mutual understanding. We also cultivate team spirit at the sites themselves by organising spontaneous events.
Apprenticeship as a mediamatician
enespa has been an teaching company since autumn 2022. In Appenzell, Switzerland, Enrico S. is the first apprentice to complete his vocational training as a mediamatician with a federal certificate of proficiency. Interested?

Armed with a degree in Organisational Communication and Journalism, Dominik Dörig gained valuable experience working at an agency. He brought his experience in marketing, public relations and event management into the SME sector. After a decade working as a communications manager and management assistant, he joined the Marcom team at enespa in Appenzell in the autumn of 2023.
