Jobs and vacancies

Cooperation is the be-all and end-all. But fun must not be neglected either.
It is a pleasure that, despite the shortage of skilled labour, highly trained people prefer us to an established large corporation such as Siemens or Mercedes. The picture shows Sebastian Weigel, Head of Production AdBlue® and CEO Cyrill Hugi.

What our employees say

  • Timo Kaland: I work as a mechanical engineer in Tangstedt. As the interface between the design and production departments, I am confronted with various technical challenges every day. Solution-oriented thinking is required because the pace is fast. I think it's brilliant to be part of this dynamic team that is driving enespa forward during this exciting phase.

  • Jana Plücker: As a management assistant and project manager, every day is different - and that's exactly what I love. As I have an insight everywhere, I always know what's going on at the Tangstedt site and where things need to be done. Never before have I had to jump in at the deep end as often as I have here. I've grown a lot from that. I work with a great team, with everyone on an equal footing, and actively help build up the structures at the site.

  • Christoph Staggenborg: As Project Manager for Process and Plant Planning, I am involved in the development and realisation of our technologies for the circular economy. This requires a high degree of flexibility and regular familiarisation with new areas, which keeps the job exciting, entertaining and challenging. My colleagues are all just as motivated and interested in helping to shape the recycling industry.

  • Dr Albert Paparo: Doing research and development for enespa in my exact field - what an opportunity! I run a high-tech analysis laboratory that I set up myself in Tangstedt. My team and I work on process development for the pyrolysis of plastics, hydrogenation and distillation. We also take care of quality assurance and are responsible for preparing analysis reports.

  • Zsolt Eötvös: As CFO at enespa, I can make full use of my many years of management experience in the manufacturing industry as well as the IT and financial services sectors. The short lines of communication and flat hierarchy make our internal collaboration very dynamic, efficient and therefore exciting. It's motivating when you can quickly create direct added value with your work.

  • Franziska W.: I like my working days at the Bernsdorf site because we are a small, close-knit team. A personal working environment and a collegial, well-coordinated team are very important to me. I'm responsible for organising quality inspections in production. I am also responsible for creating and managing documents such as production logs, checklists for incoming goods and maintenance and cleaning schedules.

  • Enrico Sergi (left): I am learning the profession of mediamatician and appreciate the versatility of my work - from website maintenance to designing brochures and flyers. I'm gaining my knowledge at vocational school and from my trainer, Dominik Widmer.

  • Joachim Vogt: I am fascinated by the global potential of our recycling plant solutions and the resulting internationality. My background in corporate finance gives me the opportunity to further develop this potential through sustainable financing and the financial management of projects.
