Cyrill Hugi's passion for technology has never wavered since his first apprenticeship. Various international training programmes have seen him travel as far as the USA. His professional career has taken him to Italy and Germany, where he previously held management positions in major global corporations in the commercial vehicle sector. Cyrill Hugi fulfilled a dream when he founded enespa ag. With the support of his team and visionary investors, he strives to «make the impossible possible». The outcome is circular economy solutions aimed at protecting nature, which is something very close to his heart.

After completing his technical training and gaining initial professional experience in the automotive sector, Ben Richters transitioned into mechanical engineering. As a graduate engineer, he shifted his focus to plant engineering, particularly in the field of petrochemical industry. In 2015, he became an entrepreneur in the green tech circular economy industry. He joined enespa in mid-2022 as the developer of the enespa pyrolysis plant prototype. Outside of work, he finds balance in timber construction. He loves spending time with his family at the harbour in Hamburg.

Joachim Vogt completed a PhD in Corporate Finance, after which he gained professional experience in transaction consulting and energy trading. Moreover, he worked as a senior venture capital manager, as the head of M&A and as a CFO. He remained loyal to the latter when he became a professor of controlling at the Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences. After six years in Heilbronn, he decided to join the Zurich University of Applied Sciences as a Professor of Management Accounting. Joachim Vogt is fascinated by the global potential of enespa's recycling solutions. After working for us as an external consultant in 2024, he took on the role of COO in February 2025. In this role he is responsible for our Bernsdorf and Hoyerswerda sites. Together with CTO Ben Richters, he is responsible for the business development of the individual business units.

Since June 2024, Zsolt Eötvös has been contributing his expertise of the manufacturing industry, IT and finance to our Board of Directors. As a senior executive, he has previously managed medium-sized and large enterprises in various regions of the world. Among various other achievements, he demonstrated the added value of using technology for businesses. He has been CFO of enespa ag in Appenzell since August 2024. Zsolt values the short communication channels and flat hierarchy, which foster dynamic and efficient internal collaboration.

Andy Waar has been contributing his many years of experience in marketing and branding, especially in the digital world, to our management team since the beginning of 2025. As CMO, he is responsible for leading enespa's marketing and corporate communications team. He is a lawyer with an Executive MBA in International Marketing and a CAS in Digital Finance. He was a pioneer in the production of promotional videos for events and the development of digital magazines. In 2000, he founded his own marketing branding agency in Zurich. This led to some of the other stages of his career. Influenced by marketing communications in the banking environment, he then co-founded the first all-digital bank in Switzerland. He sits on various boards dealing with topics such as fintech, executive search and the use of AI.
