Review of the 2024 Annual General Meeting

The AGM of enespa ag took place on 27 June 2024. Our shareholders were informed about the course of business and voted on the proposals of the Board of Directors. Afterwards, they enjoyed the social part and the "enespa inside" information block.
Successful event with the enespa family
The Annual General Meeting of enespa ag took place on Thursday, 27 June 2024. Around 200 Shareholders attended the business and social events.
At the Würth Haus in Rorschach, the participants were informed by CEO Cyrill Hugi about the course of business and approved all of the Board of Directors' proposals. The annual report and the annual financial statements for 2023 were approved, as was the carryforward of the accumulated loss to the current financial year. The election of the members of the Board of Directors was a special event: our CFO Christian Hörler decided at short notice to no longer stand for election to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors thanked him for his passionate commitment to enespa ag over the past few years. A successor will be announced in the coming months. Board member Stefan Abele was absent due to illness, but his actions were approved and he was re-elected, as were CTO Benjamin Richters and CEO Cyrill Hugi.
After the business part, we moved on to the social part. Exciting conversations ensued over delicacies from the buffet and barbecue. The info block "enespa inside" started at 7 pm. It was presented by Roberto Guerini, President of the BioDesign Foundation, Dr Albert Paparo, enespa Laboratory Manager, Prof Joachim Vogt, enespa Strategy Consultant, and Benjamin Richters, CTO of enespa ag. Moderated by Cyrill Hugi, the event gave the 250 or so shareholders and bondholders an exciting look behind the scenes and interesting discussions on the broad field of enespa's circular economy. The day came to a worthy conclusion with a dessert buffet.
