Zsolt Eötvös has taken over as CFO from Christian Hörler in August 2024. Hörler is also stepping down as a member of the Board of Directors, but will remain active in an advisory capacity for the enespa Group.
It is still too early to say a definitive farewell to Christian Hörler. Despite stepping down from the Board of Directors, Christian Hörler is still involved in an advisory and supportive role for the enespa Group. We would like to thank him for his passionate commitment and wish him every success and good luck in his new role (from Board member and CFO to consultant).
We welcome Zsolt Eötvös as a new member of the Management Board. He will take on the role of the new CFO with immediate effect and is regarded as the future "architect" of the finances, acting far beyond the boundaries of accounting. Zsolt is responsible for managing all financial activities of the enespa Group. From financial reporting and risk management to strategy development, he is the hub for economic foresight and financial stability in collaboration with the Board of Directors and management. Welcome to the enespa team.

Christoph Ottiger was the owner, managing director and strategic consultant of the St.Gallen brand agency Kernbrand. The qualified PR specialist with an Executive Master of Science in Communications Management has been active in the vast field of brand management and corporate communications for over 20 years. Today, he advises and supports clients from many different industries in positioning and strengthening their brands and in the development and management of corporate communications. At enespa, he is involved in marketing and communication projects.
