Joachim Vogt
Joachim Vogt completed a PhD in corporate finance. He subsequently worked in transaction consulting and energy trading. Joachim also served as a senior manager in venture capital, as Head of M&A and as a CFO before joining Heilbronn University as a Professor of Controlling. After six years there, Joachim transitioned to the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, where he is currently a Professor of Management Accounting. He is captivated by the global potential of enespa's recycling solutions. Joachim specialises in sustainable financing and the financial management of projects.

Invitation to extraordinary AGM 2024
An extraordinary AGM is scheduled for 24 October 2024 in Allenwinden. The only item on the agenda is an amendment to the Articles of Association regarding the possible conversion of voting shares into ordinary shares.
New CFO
Zsolt Eötvös has taken over as CFO from Christian Hörler in August 2024. Hörler is also stepping down as a member of the Board of Directors, but will remain active in an advisory capacity for the enespa Group.
Distillation plant
Our plant engineering team in Tangstedt has designed, planned and built a distillation plant for our Hoyerswerda site. With an oil refining capacity of 10 tonnes per day, this reference project represents a significant upgrade for the site.
