State-of-the-art process: Our production in Tangstedt

Another state-of-the-art NeoOil P5 pyrolysis plant is currently being built in our modern production facility in Tangstedt (near Hamburg). Here, all components are individually assembled, carefully calibrated, and coordinated according to the specific requirements of each customer.

Before a system is delivered, it undergoes a comprehensive testing phase. This includes a signal test (dry test/factory test) to ensure that all processes are optimally tailored to the respective raw material profile.

During this phase, our engineers make numerous fine-tuning and performance optimizations. Each step is documented, measured, and analyzed to ensure system control for final commissioning at the customer's site.

After successful completion of all tests and inspections, a final approval is issued by our FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) – supervised by an independent third party (SGS). The system is then disassembled into its main components, securely packaged for transport, and delivered to its destination – ready for installation, commissioning, and productive operation.

In Tangstedt, precision, experience and state-of-the-art technology create the foundation for a sustainable circular economy – Made by enespa.
