Zwei neue Obligationen

Wir beschaffen uns Fremdkapital und emittieren zwei Obligationen: CHF 15 Mio. 5.75% für fünf Jahre und EUR 10 Mio. 7% für vier Jahre. Damit finanzieren wir die laufenden Tätigkeiten und neuen Projekte der enespa-Gruppe.

Rund CHF 25 Millionen neues Kapital

enespa ag in Appenzell launches two new bonds via its financing company, raising around CHF 25 million in fresh debt capital.

5,75% Bond in CHF over five years

issued as at 11 July 2024
Issue volume of CHF 15 million
with a term of more than five years
Annual interest payment

7% Bond in euros over four years

issued as at 10 July 2024
Issue volume of EUR 10 million
with a term of four years
Interest paid semi-annually

The subscription period will expire no later than one year after the approval of the securities prospectus, i.e. in July 2025. enespa ag in Balzers, Liechtenstein, is the issuer of the two bonds.

By issuing these bonds, we are financing the ongoing activities and new projects of the enespa Group. In addition to our share capital and project loans, this diversifies our capital structure.

The outcome is circular economy solutions aimed at protecting nature, which is something very close to his heart.

Financial year 2023

Last year demanded a lot from us. Nevertheless, we were able to celebrate successes. The latest in-house developments show our potential: our heating system reduces energy consumption many times over.
