Technical Manager 100% (m/f/d)

As Technical Manager, you are responsible for our production, filling, and packaging facilities. You ensure the smooth operation of our systems through maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and technical development.

Operation and conversion of plants

  • Converting and setting up the filling lines (5L/10L)
  • Parameterizing and converting the packaging systems to different container sizes
  • Conversion and setup of the cardboard palletizing system

Maintenance and repair

  • Maintenance and service work on production, filling and packaging systems
  • Filter changes, screen cleaning, and maintenance of film wrappers, screw conveyors, and strapping machines.
  • Care and maintenance of industrial trucks and other vehicles

Troubleshooting and repairs

  • Analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions
  • Repair work on production plants, filling plants, packaging plants, strapping machines and small equipment

Manufacturing and adaptation of spare parts

  • Manufacturing and adaptation of spare parts using 3D printing, as well as carrying out welding and sheet metal work.

Optimization and further development

  • Optimization and further development of production and filling plants as well as participation in plant projects (e.g. bulk container filling)

Renovation and installation work

  • Execution of conversion, electrical and installation work as well as coordination of external service providers

Warehouse and spare parts management

  • Management of the tool and spare parts warehouse including maintenance planning, spare parts procurement and warehouse management

Support in the workplace

  • Supporting production and bottling, ensuring order, cleanliness, and providing cover during absences
    • Completed training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic or comparable technical vocational training
    • Professional experience in industrial assembly, maintenance or servicing of production facilities
    • Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical engineering
    • Experience in welding (TIG, electrode and gas) is an advantage.
    • Strong technical understanding as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style.
    • Hands-on mentality, reliability and teamwork skills
    • Forklift license an advantage
    • Leadership experience is welcome, but not required.

    Electrical Engineer 100% (m/f/d)
