ICT System Administrator (f/m/d)
As part of a dynamically growing company with a modern hybrid IT environment, you will work at the intersection of Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, and IT security. To expand our internal IT team, we are looking for a motivated, self-motivated individual to help us shape the digital future.

System operation & administration
- Configuration, maintenance and administration of our Microsoft-based IT systems (Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, M365 – approx. 80 users)
- Operation and further development of our hybrid and cloud environments (OnPrem, Azure, Entra ID)
- Management of network, firewall, VPN and IT security (LAN/WAN, policies, access control).
- Support for IP telephony and communication platforms such as MS Teams.
Support & Incident Management
- Providing 1st and 2nd level support for our employees
- Analysis, processing and documentation of incidents and problems
- Ensuring smooth operation for internal users
Automation & Optimization
- Automation of recurring tasks (scripting, policies, MDM, Intune)
- Improvement of IT service processes and standardization of the environment.
- Introduction and implementation of managed IT services for clients and servers.
Projects & Further Development
- Participating in or leading IT projects such as: migrations (on-premises, cloud, hybrid), further development of M365 services, data classification and storage concepts, introduction of signature services, introduction and operation of MDM systems (e.g., Mosyle Fuse, Intune).
- Implementation of new IT strategies and security concepts
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (EFZ), studies in the field of IT, or equivalent qualification
- Solid experience with Microsoft server products, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Exchange and MS SharePoint
- Experience with hybrid and cloud infrastructures
- Knowledge of networking, firewalls, IT security, and modern identity concepts.
- Structured, reliable and independent way of working
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of collaborating with end users
- Experience with IT service processes (e.g., ITIL) is an advantage.

- Direct responsibility for raising capital for a scaling company in the circular economy
- Reports to the CMCO, close collaboration with the Head of Investor Relations – short decision-making processes, no corporate drama.

- Planning, development and management of digital campaigns for the placement of stocks and bonds
- Building segmented lead streams (Retail, 100k+, Institutional)
- Development of complete performance funnels (Traffic → Lead → Qualification → Drawing)
- Channel responsibility: LinkedIn, Meta, Google, programmatic, email automation
- Conversion optimization through testing, tracking, and attribution logic
- Managing partners (and where still necessary, external agencies)
- KPI definition, dashboarding and performance reporting
- Co-development of an investor-strong narrative (regulation, market trend, scaling)
- Organization of digital investor formats (webinars, Q&A, investor calls)
