enespa ag puts share sales on hold
enespa group continues to grow and is developing positively in many operational areas – despite challenging conditions. Although the 2024 annual result showed improvement on the previous year, losses remained in the mid-double-digit million range. The group of companies led by enespa ag is currently focussing on, and will continue to focus on, the targeted sale of plastic-to-oil and oil refining plants in selected markets. Ongoing projects, active orders and a sharp rise in incoming orders offer strong foundations for growth and profitability. enespa anticipates achieving a positive group-wide result for the first time in the 2025 financial year.
Share sales temporarily put on hold
Against the backdrop of this business development, the board of directors and the management team have decided to temporarily put the sale of enespa shares on hold – until the end of June at the latest. From the start of April, it will not be possible to purchase shares in enespa ag for up to three months. Existing shareholders, in particular, benefit from this move: Their stake in the company remains unchanged, as there will be no stock dilution due to new capital increases.
Making the most of potential growth
This suspension of sales coincides with a phase of laying strategic foundations. The company will use this period for in-depth analysis to develop future business initiatives. The goal is to capitalise on the growing demand for enespa's technology and the associated possibilities and opportunities for sustainable growth paired with an increase in value.

enespa anticipates a significant increase in the company value in the mid-term and that this development will positively influence the future share price. The situation offers those interested the opportunity to purchase enespa shares at an attractive price until the end of March.
