Zwei neue Obligationen
We raise capital for our expansion and issue two bonds: CHF 15 million 5.75% for five years and Euro 10 million 7% for four years. We intend to raise around CHF 25 million in fresh debt capital in this way.
Review of the 2024 Annual General Meeting
The AGM of enespa ag took place on 27 June 2024. Our shareholders were informed about the course of business and approved all of the Board of Directors' proposals.

Fiscal year 2023 as transition
Last year demanded a lot from us. Nevertheless, we were able to celebrate successes. The latest in-house developments show our potential: our heating system reduces energy consumption many times over.
